Azerbaijanis Kill Civilian in Haterk, Says Artak Beglaryan

Azerbaijan, despite agreements to cease fire in Nagorno-Karabakh, has reportedly killed a civilian in Haterk on September 21.

This was announced on the social media platform X by former Artsakh Prime Minister Artak Beglaryan. He stated, “Azerbaijanis not only have not stopped firing since yesterday at 1:00 PM, but they have also been shooting and moving in various directions for several hours, and continue their aggressions today. This morning, they have reportedly killed one civilian in the occupied village of Haterk and are now firing and moving towards Stepanakert.”
