David Torosyan, the president of the "For the Armenian Soldier" NGO, has published a photo from the center of Stepanakert on his Facebook page, stating:

“There are still gunshots, but their number has decreased as of 12:45, and the photo was taken at 12:40 in the Square. As of 12:50, the enemy has not reached and has not raised a flag here.”

It is recalled that the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh had earlier reported that Azerbaijani military forces, violating the ceasefire agreement, were firing from various infantry weapons from areas adjacent to Stepanakert. Gunfire is also audible in the city center. For security reasons, we urge everyone to stay in shelters.
