Residents Evacuate from Haterk as Azerbaijan Blows Up Russian Peacekeepers' Base

Residents of Haterk are being evacuated at this moment. A resident of Haterk told MediaHub that the Azerbaijani armed forces have blown up the Russian peacekeepers' base, prompting the decision to evacuate people quickly.

“There’s no one to protect the people; the situation is terrible. It is said that there are casualties among the Russian peacekeepers as well,” our interlocutor noted.

According to the Artsakh Ministry of Defense, fighting has continued along the contact line with varying intensity. Azerbaijani armed forces units have continued their offensive operations, targeting civilian infrastructure as well. The defense army's units are showing stubborn resistance.
