"Mainly Bodies of Victims Are Being Brought," Says Martuni Hospital Doctor

We have transferred patients in extremely critical condition to Stepanakert. This was stated by Hrani Agabekyan, one of the doctors at Martuni Hospital, in a conversation with NEWS.am.

“There are many injuries among both civilians and military personnel. There are no children or women among the injured; they are in shelters,” said the doctor.

According to him, mainly the bodies of victims are being brought in. “Nothing else, the number of victims is very high.” Hrani Agabekyan noted that the injured primarily have shrapnel and gunshot wounds. “Mostly, those in relatively stable condition are in our hospital.”
