Artsakh Human Rights Defender Reports on Victims and Injuries

As of 21:30 on September 20, according to data collected by the Office of the Human Rights Defender, there are at least 200 fatalities and over 400 injuries in Artsakh.

The number of injured among the civilian population exceeds 40, including 13 children. Currently, the confirmed death toll of civilians stands at 10, of which 5 are children.

"The investigations aimed at clarifying the fate of the missing are ongoing by our office," the statement from the Artsakh Human Rights Defender reads.
