War in Artsakh: Children at School, Says Metakse Hakobyan

For half an hour now, Stepanakert has been under shelling. This information was provided to NEWS.am by Artsakh National Assembly member Metakse Hakobyan.

“There is a war. The children are at school. It has been about half an hour that they are firing. There is shelling. Communication is down, we cannot get through. We have lost all contact with the children, and there are no vehicles to go pick them up from school,” the MP reported.
