VIDEO: People Gather Near Government Building, Vrtanesyan

Military expert Karen Vrtanesyan has announced via a Facebook live stream that people are currently gathering near the Government Building of Armenia.

"The enemy is trying to invade Artsakh from several directions," he noted.

Earlier, we reported that the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense declared the start of military operations in Artsakh, which they refer to as an 'anti-terrorist operation.' For more details, see the video.
