VIDEO: 10 Against 1. Police Detain Azerbaijani Expert Garnik Davtyan Forcefully

The police forcefully detained Azerbaijani expert Garnik Davtyan near the government building of Armenia. When Davtyan inquired about the legal grounds for his detention, the officers did not respond.

Earlier, we reported that Davtyan was conducting a social-information awareness campaign titled "Blood for Chair Protection" in front of the main building of the Armenian government. He brought a chair with him and spilled red paint on it, symbolizing blood, referring to the current authorities as deadly.
