Kremlin Expresses Regret Over Casualties in Nagorno-Karabakh

The Kremlin has expressed its regret over the casualties that have already occurred in Nagorno-Karabakh, stating that the resumption of military operations poses serious challenges and threats to the civilian population.
This was announced by Dmitry Peskov, the spokesperson for the President of Russia, as reported by RIA Novosti.
“Currently, intense work is being conducted, and the main priority is to ensure the safety of the population in Karabakh and to prevent human casualties. We are saddened to hear the news that there are already casualties,” Peskov told reporters.
