Leader of the 'Public Voice' party, Vardan Ghukasyan, stated on his Telegram channel: 'The CPP will announce that by not having a majority, it will not nominate a candidate for mayor, and its council members will participate in the voting and vote for any candidate they wish. With the slight hand of the CPP, Haiko will become the mayor, and Yerevan will have an 'opposition' mayor who will serve Nikol in all senses, without political ambitions or a political team.

In other words, Haiko will work as a mayor for Nikol, resulting in a multiplication of the dozens of Czech properties acquired during his years as mayor, while Nikol will solve two issues at once: 1. Armenia will appear to the West as a mega-democratic country where the mayor of the capital will be 'opposition.' 2. Avinyan, who was Nikol's number one competitor in the CPP, will be humiliated and become a 'stone of disgrace' among the CPP bloggers, journalists, and active members. In these elections, the candidate for the CPP was Tigran Avinyan, while Nikol's candidate was Haiko. With this 'setup,' Nikol will win again.'
