We Have Reasons to Assume That There Was an Error During Data Entry at Polling Station 10/26: Ioannissian
According to Daniel Ioannissian, the program coordinator of the NGO 'Citizen's Initiative', an analysis of the tabulation of all 475 polling stations indicates that there was a discrepancy in the data entry of voting results at polling station 10/26, where the votes for the 'Mother Armenia' alliance were recorded as 0 instead of 49. It appears that there are no significant discrepancies in other polling stations.
It should be noted that the Central Electoral Commission presented the preliminary voting results for the Yerevan City Council elections from all 475 polling stations as of 10:00 am.
Furthermore, the voter registry in the Yerevan community includes 824,250 citizens, with 234,436 of them participating in the voting, which represents 28.44% of eligible voters.
