Video: Vineyards and Fruit Trees Destroyed After Severe Hailstorm in Spain

A severe hailstorm that struck the town of Campo Arcís in Spain's Valencia province yesterday has resulted in the destruction of vineyards and fruit trees. It is worth noting that hail fell in the southeast of Spain yesterday, with the provinces of Albacete and Valencia being the hardest hit. Wind gusts in the area exceeded 22 meters per second, and the hailstones measured between 3 to 4 centimeters in diameter.

Due to the adverse weather conditions, traffic on some roads was halted as they were literally covered in a layer of ice.
