Preliminary Results from 116 Polling Stations Show CC is Ahead by Nearly 32 Percent

According to preliminary results from 116 polling stations, the Civil Contract Party (CC) is ahead by approximately 32 percent.

The following parties have currently surpassed the electoral threshold:

1. Civil Contract - 32.2%
2. National Progress - 19.15%
3. Mother Armenia - 15.05%
4. Republic - 11.69%
5. Public Voice - 9.88%

As of 8:00 PM, 324,553 citizens, or 28.46 percent, participated in the Yerevan City Council elections of 2023, according to the Central Electoral Commission. For comparison, during the same period in the 2018 city council elections, 370,323 citizens (43.65%) participated, while in 2017, 245,226 citizens (40.99%) took part.
