Parallel Transit of Cargo: Stepanakert via Agdam-Stepanakert and Lachin-Stepanakert Routes

Azerbaijani media reports that a parallel transit of cargo by the ICRC has been conducted along the Stepanakert-Agdam and Stepanakert-Lachin routes.

It is worth noting that earlier, Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry spokesperson Ayhan Hacizade stated that the Azerbaijani side is ready to organize the parallel use of the Agdam-Stepanakert and Berdzor (Lachin)-Stepanakert roads in accordance with the country's legal requirements.

Previously, the authorities of the Republic of Artsakh had agreed to the proposal from Russian peacekeepers and the International Committee of the Red Cross to simultaneously allow the transit of humanitarian cargoes along the Lachin and Agdam routes.
