Erdogan Meets Musk: What Were the Discussions About

Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan met with billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk, the owner of Tesla, SpaceX, and X, in New York. This was reported by the Turkish Presidency's Directorate of Communications on X social media (formerly Twitter).

During the meeting, Erdogan urged the businessman to open Tesla's seventh electric vehicle manufacturing plant in Turkey. It was noted that Erdogan also discussed Turkey’s digitalization concept and the national strategy in the field of artificial intelligence with Musk.
