Aghavn of Artsakh Appointed State Minister

On September 18, the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Samvel Shahramanyan, signed a decree appointing Arthur Ivanovich Harutyunyan as the State Minister. This information was provided by the press office of the President of Artsakh.

In a separate decree from the country’s leader, a change was made to the presidential decree on the coordination of the activities of ministers by the State Minister, according to which the State Minister will coordinate the activities of the following ministers:

1. Minister of Health
2. Minister of Justice
3. Minister of Agriculture
4. Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports
5. Minister of Social Development and Migration
6. Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures
7. Minister of Urban Development
8. Minister of Finance and Economics

There have been reports in the press stating that Arthur Harutyunyan is the brother of former Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan.
