Iran Will Not Allow Closure of Historic Route Connecting Armenia to Iran, Says Foreign Minister

Iran will not allow the restriction or closure of its historic route connecting Armenia to Iran in this region. This statement was made by Iran's Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian during a meeting with reporters, as reported by the IRNA news agency.
He addressed the issue of the so-called "Zangezur Corridor."
Regarding events taking place in the Caucasus region, he emphasized, "Iran will not permit the restriction or closure of its historic route that connects Iran to Armenia."
