A French politician has come under fire for allegedly 'deceiving' voters by using digital technology to enhance the youthful appearance in her campaign posters. Juliette de Cozens, who is running as a candidate in France’s Senate elections this month, appears in her latest posters with a more Hollywood-like image compared to her usual appearance.

De Cozens is around 40 years old, but has not disclosed her exact age. In a poster released in March of this year, she notably altered her image to appear younger through Photoshop.

‘You are deceiving voters,’ social media users have criticized De Cozens.
