28.46% Participation in Yerevan City Council Elections
The number of participants in the Yerevan City Council elections has reached 234,553 citizens, announced Vahagn Hovakimyan, the chair of the Central Electoral Commission. This constitutes 28.46% of the 824,250 eligible voters.
For comparison, in the 2017 elections, 345,226 citizens participated, representing 40.99%, while in 2018, the participation was 370,323 citizens, or 43.65%.
