Decision to Bake at Least 'Perashki': Flour in Short Supply in Stepanakert
In Stepanakert, this is considered 'perashki' and is sold for 200 drams each. Member of the public movement 'Artsakh Security and Development Front', Arshak Abrahamyan, wrote about this on his Facebook page, noting, 'I stood in line all night, and since flour had been allocated in limited amounts to the bakery, they decided to at least bake 'perashki'—that’s why I took some of these.'
