Kim Jong Un Included in Ukrainian 'Black List'
Julya
The leader of North Korea, Kim Jong Un, has been included in the Ukrainian "Pacifier" resource database. The reasons for including the DPRK leader in the database include assistance to "Russian war criminals," ensuring "Russian military aggression" against Ukraine, nuclear blackmail, implementation of illegal missile and nuclear programs, and cybercrime.
"Pacifier" was created in August 2014 on the initiative of Anton Gerashchenko, an independent advisor to the then Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The website of the database states that "Pacifier" is the online representation of the Center for the Study of Crimes Against Ukraine’s National Security, Peace, and Safety of Citizens.
