Azerbaijani Soldiers Decapitate and Mutilate Numerous Armenians, Turkish Journalist Reports

Azerbaijani soldiers have decapitated and mutilated numerous Armenians. Turkish journalist Uzay Bulut reported this on his Twitter microblog.

“After Azerbaijan's invasion of Armenia on September 13 and 14, 2022, a video was posted on social media showing the rape, brutal mutilation, and murder of an Armenian female soldier by Azerbaijani soldiers. Azerbaijani soldiers captured a 36-year-old Armenian woman alive in the town of Jermuk, Armenia, and brutally raped, tortured, and dismembered her. They shoved her severed fingers into her mouth and removed one of her eyes. All these horrific acts can be seen in the video that the Azerbaijanis posted on Telegram,” the journalist wrote, adding that the victim had three children aged 16, 15, and 4.

The Turkish journalist stated that Azerbaijani soldiers have decapitated and mutilated numerous Armenians (both civilians and prisoners of war) and proudly posted brutal videos on their own Telegram channels. “The crimes of Azerbaijani soldiers demonstrate that their barbarity resembles that of ‘ISIS’ (Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant) and the Nazi barbarity during World War II,” Bulut added.

He also published a photograph of the Armenian female soldier in his post.
