The Second Phase of Bread Voucher Distribution Begins Today in Stepanakert

Starting from September 14, 2023, the second phase of bread voucher distribution will commence in the city of Stepanakert, lasting for two days. This was announced by the Ministry of Social Development and Migration of Artsakh.

To obtain a voucher, individuals must present their original identity document and public service number at the same location where their family received bread vouchers during the first phase. One adult from each family may present themselves to collect the vouchers for all family members. There is no need to provide documents for other family members, unless there has been an addition to the family. In such cases, the documents for the new family member must also be presented.

The vouchers will be distributed at the following locations according to the specified schedule: schools No. 6, 7, 9, and 12, the Housing Issues Committee of the Republic (39 Azatamartikneri St.), and the administrative building of the Ministry of Social Development and Migration (54 Azatamartikneri St.) from 09:30 to 18:30, and schools No. 2, 5, and 10 from 12:00 to 18:30. The distribution points will operate in accordance with the power outage schedule for those addresses.

It is important to treat the received vouchers with care, as lost or damaged vouchers will not be replaced. Information regarding bread sales and the numbers of vouchers available for that day will be communicated additionally.

We also note that each individual residing in Stepanakert is entitled to a voucher; therefore, we urge our citizens to maintain dignified order in the queues to facilitate the efficient organization of the process,” the statement reads.
