Peace or War: The Turkish Expert Presents Facts

The Turkish expert Varoujan Geghamyan wrote on his Facebook page: "The real level of preparation for peace with Armenia in Azerbaijan and Turkey is better explained by the numbers. Today, a fresh sociological survey by the Azerbaijani 'Center for Social Research' was published, showing what Azerbaijan is actually preparing for: peace or war.

For the question of whether Azerbaijan should start a new war in Artsakh, the majority of the population—over 70%—responded positively, saying 'yes.' This number hardly decreases. In a country like Azerbaijan, which has an authoritarian regime, such a statistic not only reflects public sentiments but also serves as evidence of the propaganda that the country's leadership is conducting."
