Bread Sale to Begin at Stepanakert Bakeries After Midnight

The Ministry of Social Development and Migration of the Artsakh Republic has issued a statement:
“Dear compatriots, we inform you that during this period, deliveries of flour and several other current tasks have been carried out. Starting from midnight (after 24:00), bread will be sold at the bakeries in the city of Stepanakert. The bread will be sold with coupon number 9.”
