Julya
Estonia has imposed a ban on the entry of vehicles with Russian license plates starting from September 13 at 10 AM. This was reported by Russian media, citing the press service of the country's Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Interior Minister Lauri Läänemets announced to reporters on September 13, "Estonia is following the directive published by the European Commission on September 8 regarding additional clarifications on the sanctions against the Russian Federation, under which vehicles registered in Russia are no longer allowed to enter EU territory." The restriction has been coordinated with Latvia and Lithuania, which had already banned vehicles with Russian license plates a day earlier.
