The statement mentioned that the Armenian leadership has recently taken several unfriendly steps against Russia. The first was the initiation of the ratification process of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, the second was the visit of Armenian Prime Minister's wife Anna Hakobyan to Kyiv, along with the transfer of humanitarian aid to Kyiv, and the third was the conduct of military exercises in Armenia with the participation of the U.S.
