Car Overturns in Field on Tsovagyugh-Vardenis Highway

Today, on September 12, a traffic accident occurred in the Gegharkunik region. Around 5:40 PM, a Nissan car left the roadway at the 13 km mark of the Tsovagyugh-Shorzha-Vardenis highway under still unknown circumstances, flipped several times, and ended up overturned in a field.

According to Shamshyan, as a result of the accident, two individuals were taken to the ‘Chambarak’ medical center with varying degrees of bodily injuries.

The Investigative Committee of Armenia has initiated proceedings on the case at the Sevan Investigation Division of the Gegharkunik regional investigative department. The police and investigation department are working on identifying the driver and the injured parties.
