Why was Zhivair Seferian summoned by the NSS?
On September 11, Zhivair Seferian, a member of the National-Democratic Axis Council, was summoned as a witness for questioning by the Investigative Department of the National Security Service (NSS).
The press service of the National-Democratic Axis reports that the reason for the questioning was Seferian's statement regarding the existence of reports about the presence of Wagner operatives in Armenia and the potential threat they pose to national security.
