It Is Important That the Lachin and Aghdam Routes Are Reopened Immediately, Says USAID Chief

The humanitarian situation in Nagorno-Karabakh is rapidly deteriorating. Samantha Power, the head of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), wrote about this on her microblog on social media.
"It is important that the Lachin and Aghdam (Aknagh) routes are reopened immediately so that lifesaving assistance can reach the people of Nagorno-Karabakh," the American official stated.
