Russian Red Cross Vehicle Brings Blankets as Humanitarian Cargo: Tigran Petrosyan

The head of the anti-crisis council under the President of Artsakh, Tigran Petrosyan, wrote on his Facebook page: “Among other things, the Russian Red Cross vehicle, which is being attempted to pass through Aghdam, is bringing blankets as humanitarian aid... They are trying to humiliate us, but sadly, this is also being participated in by Armenians... I leave the conclusions to you...”

It is worth noting that Russian humanitarian aid has not entered Artsakh through Askeran for the second consecutive day and remains parked in Azerbaijan's Bardu city.
