Death Toll from Devastating Earthquake in Morocco Reaches Nearly 2500

The death toll from the tragic earthquake in Morocco has reached 2497. Additionally, 2476 individuals have been injured. Rescue teams have been working for more than 48 hours to find survivors beneath the rubble.

It should be recalled that on the night of September 9, a 6.9 magnitude earthquake struck Morocco. The epicenter of the tremors was located several dozen kilometers from Marrakech.

This earthquake has been the strongest in the country in the past 120 years.
