Humanitarian Cargo Enters Artsakh via Askeran

As previously announced, the government of the Russian Federation has initiated the provision of humanitarian aid to the Republic of Artsakh. This is reported by the Artsakh Information Headquarters.

Today, on September 12, the humanitarian cargo entered the Republic of Artsakh via Askeran, through the Russian Red Cross and with the permission of the republic's authorities. The assistance includes essential goods produced in Russia.
