Swedish Armenian Community Conducts Car Rally in Support of Blockaded Artsakh
The Armenian community in Sweden, initiated by a group of activists, conducted a car rally on September 9. According to "Armenpress," the participants of the rally called on European countries to break their unacceptable silence and finally address and condemn Azerbaijan's aggressive policies, as well as take measures to prevent the ethnic cleansing and impending genocide taking place in Artsakh.
After receiving blessings from Father Vaghars Isakhanyan at the gathering point in Södertälje, the cars, decorated with the flags and banners of Armenia and Artsakh, proceeded along the E4 highway to Stockholm.
The organizers urged both global political bodies and the Armenian diaspora worldwide to not remain silent and to fight in every possible way for the rights of Armenians to live on their ancestral lands.
