Russian Humanitarian Cargo Stalled in Barda, According to Azerbaijani Expert

According to Azerbaijani publications, there was an agreement that the Russian Red Cross vehicles would pass through the Aghdam road this morning, but they have stalled in the Azerbaijani city of Barda and are not moving forward. Of course, the Azerbaijani side explains this by the position of the Artsakh authorities,

stated Azerbaijani expert Tatevik Harapetyan on her Telegram channel.

“However, since yesterday, Azerbaijani propaganda media and officials (including Hikmet Hajiyev) have been making statements indicating that Azerbaijan may withdraw from these agreements. For instance, ‘Caliber.az’ reported that even if the Lachin corridor opens, it will be exclusively for the Red Cross. Hajiyev also mentioned that this is a goodwill gesture on their part, but it does not change their previous position. It is also known that a group of Armenians in Artsakh continue to monitor the road to prevent its activation even for the Russian side,”

she added. Earlier, it was reported that the Russian Red Cross has sent humanitarian aid to Artsakh via the Akna road.
