Former UK Prime Minister Liz Truss Writing a Book

Former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Liz Truss, is writing a book about her 49 days spent in office.

In the book, Truss notably mentions that the main reasons for her failures were the lack of support for "Conservative ideas" and the overwhelming backing of the "global left." In an interview with the Mail on Sunday, Truss revealed that the book will also include important details about her last meeting with the Queen. It is worth noting that just a few days after that meeting, Queen Elizabeth II passed away.

The UK Conservative Party office has stated that Truss will write the book independently, which is set to be published in April 2024.
