VIDEO: Missile Strikes Police Building in Kryvyi Rih, One Officer Killed, Several Injured
A missile has struck a police building in Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine. This was reported by the local governor on his Telegram channel, along with published photographs.
As a result of the missile strike on the administrative building, one person has been killed and 26 others have been injured, according to Ukraine's Prosecutor General's Office. The Minister of Internal Affairs Igor Klymenko also confirmed on his Telegram channel that the deceased was a police officer.
It was reported that police officers were trapped under the rubble. Emergency services are currently working at the scene.
The shockwave and missile debris have shattered windows in nearby high-rise buildings, damaging adjacent residential buildings.
“The police are conducting visits to check on the residents' condition. Rescue operations are ongoing,” said the head of the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
