Petriakova Assures That Armenian National Team Players Are Ready for the Match

Ahead of the UEFA Euro 2024 qualifying group stage match between Turkey and Armenia, the head coach of the Armenian national team, Alexander Petriakova, addressed the upcoming game in the press conference room at the Yeni Eskişehir Stadium. According to the official website of the Armenian Football Federation, Petriakova reiterated that the forthcoming match is very important, and the Armenian players are healthy and ready for the meeting.

“If the Turkish national team can win, then they will solve 90 percent of their issues regarding qualification for the Euro 2024 finals. In that case, we would complicate our situation. I can repeat once again that we have five finals ahead of us,” said the head coach of the Armenian national team.

The Turkey-Armenia match will take place today and will kick off at 22:45 Yerevan time. It is noteworthy that the previous Armenia-Turkey football match ended with a score of 1-2 in favor of Turkey.
