Mikael Badalyan and Ashot Gevorgyan Released from Custody

Detained blogger Mikael Badalyan and Sputnik Armenia columnist Ashot Gevorgyan have been released from custody following a decision by the investigative body, according to a statement from the Investigative Committee.

Four individuals have been charged with the acquisition, possession, and sale of weapons and ammunition.

It is worth noting that blogger Mika Badalyan had been detained for 72 hours under the article for "illegal circulation of firearms." Ashot Gevorgyan was also detained for 72 hours, although he was not involved in the initiated criminal case.
