Countries Bordering Russia Should Establish a Unified Trade Embargo Against It, Says Estonian Prime Minister

Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas has proposed that countries bordering Russia impose a unified trade embargo against it.

Neighboring countries (Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, and Finland) have not yet endorsed this proposal. At the same time, the position of Finland is deemed crucial for the successful implementation of this idea, according to the Estonian Prime Minister.

Kallas has also promised to discuss this issue with the new Prime Minister of the Republic, Peter Orpo.

Previously, Kallas expressed hope to retain her position despite a scandal involving the sale of advertising products in Russia, in which her husband was involved. It should be noted that the parliament of the country has already begun preparations for a vote of no confidence against the Prime Minister. The President also advised Kallas to resign, but she has refused to do so.
