The President of Artsakh's 'Justice' Party, Arshak Abrahamyan, has shared photos on his Facebook page, stating: 'I am of course grateful that there is at least a certain quantity of bread (because there has been none at all in the past few days), but esteemed authorities, if you have declared worldwide that you are implementing a coupon system and supposedly regulating it, please at least organize the production processes in such a way that you do not sell such products instead of the grams stated on the coupons. Just take a little trouble, come and see what bread the people are getting. Look at the appearance of this bread... it looks like bread from the past.'
