Why Trolleybuses Could Not Move in Central Yerevan: Passengers Forced to Get Off

This morning, an emergency situation unfolded in the center of Yerevan. Shamshyan.com reports that trolleybuses servicing routes 1 and 9 have been unable to move due to a power outage.
According to the website, a large number of passengers were on board the trolleybuses, who were forced to disembark and continue their journey using other forms of transportation.
