Condition of Two Soldiers Injured in Azerbaijani Provocation: Ministry of Defense Spokesperson

The injured soldiers are currently under the care of hospital staff. This was stated by the spokesperson of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, Aram Torosyan, in an interview with Auroranews.

“Narek Poghosyan's condition is still assessed as extremely severe, but stable. The other soldier is in moderate condition and is not in life-threatening danger at this moment,” he noted.

It is important to recall that Azerbaijani armed forces opened intense fire on Armenian positions located in the Gegharkunik region, specifically in the Sotk and Norabak communities, starting from September 1 at 07:50. Azerbaijan also used mortars and drones in the attack. The Armenian side has reported three fatalities and two injuries.
