In a yard in Yerevan, water is poured from a balcony onto the President of the National Assembly, Alen Simonyan. This was reported by 168.am.

At the time of the incident, a journalist poses a question to Simonyan as a group of police officers approaches, seeking instructions on how to act against the citizen who has expressed their stance in this manner.

Simonyan refuses to comment, stating that the citizen has not expressed a position and has behaved 'impudently.'
