VIDEO: Azerbaijan is Annexing Territories of Dagestan

A video has emerged online showing Azerbaijan beginning to construct embankments on Lezgian lands in Dagestan, aiming to shift the border further by an additional hundred hectares, where the Samur River flows.

They are artificially redirecting the river's course towards Dagestan, pushing the border forward by 2-3 kilometers along the entire length of the river. At this rate, the Samur River, with the aid of Azerbaijani bulldozers, will soon erode the villages located along the Mugergan River. There has been no response from Russia yet.
