Hasmik Poghosyan and Family Members Summoned by Illegal Property Forfeiture Department
The former Minister of Culture, Hasmik Poghosyan, along with her family members, has been summoned by the Illegal Property Forfeiture Department of the General Prosecutor's Office. This information was reported by 'HETQ'.
It is noted that an inquiry is underway regarding the property belonging to the former minister, her husband, and their two sons, leading to the preparation of a report.
"The property of 'Ocean Pacific Global Properties Limited', a company registered in the British Virgin Islands, which is an offshore zone, is also being examined. The minister's family has been invited to the prosecutor's office to review the case materials and present their position," the report states.
Within this framework, an investigation has also been conducted regarding the property of Adela Stepanyan, the mother of Gor Davtyan, a member of the board of directors of the 'Armenian Company for Cultural Relations and Cooperation with Foreign Countries' NGO, as well as the director of the 'AOKS' LLC, which was founded by the same NGO. She has also been summoned to the prosecutor's office.
