Fortification Works Not Conducted in Martuni Region, Artsakh Defense Army Denies Azerbaijan's Claims

The statement from the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense claiming that Artsakh Defense Army units conducted fortification works on September 4 in the Martuni region, allegedly thwarted by the actions of the Azerbaijani armed forces, is yet another piece of disinformation. This was reported by the Artsakh Defense Army.
