18+ VIDEO: Patrol Officers Insult Shiraz Residents – Footage Recorded from Officer's Camera

A Facebook user, Karapet Poghosyan, has shared a video on his page that was recorded from the patrol officer's dashcam. The user notes that the video was provided through legal means from the operational staff.

In the video, patrol officers stop a citizen for smoking and then issue a fine for not wearing a seatbelt. The footage highlights police abuses, arrogance, and impunity. Patrol officers are seen using vulgar language towards the residents of Shiraz and threatening all taxi drivers,” writes Poghosyan.
