Weather in Armenia and Artsakh: Temperature to Decrease

Today, in the territory of the Republic of Armenia, a short-term rain and thunderstorms are expected in separate regions after noon, on the night of September 4. Hail is also possible in some areas. This information is reported by the Hydrometeorological and Monitoring Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia.

According to the announcement, the wind will be from the southwest at a speed of 2-4 m/s, with gusts expected to reach 17-20 m/s during thunderstorms.

Today, the temperature in Lori, Tavush, Syunik, and the Republic of Artsakh will decrease by 3-5 degrees.

“Until September 7, a high fire danger situation is expected in Ararat Valley, the foothills of Aragatsotn, Kotayk, Vayots Dzor, the valleys of Syunik, and in Yerevan,” warn the Hydrometeorological and Monitoring Center.

In Yerevan, from September 3-7, dry weather without precipitation is expected.

During the day today, the temperature will be +35…+37 degrees, and at night it will drop to +18…+20 degrees.

In Artsakh, for the next four days, daytime temperatures will be +31…+34 degrees, and at night +17…+20 degrees.
