VIDEO: The Officers are Foolish, They Don't Know How to Torture Without Making the Division Look Bad, Says Daniel Ioannisyan

Daniel Ioannisyan, the program coordinator of the public organization 'Informed Citizens Union', reports that officers have beaten a citizen.

“Congratulations to Minister of Internal Affairs Vahe Ghazaryan for turning part of the officers into torturers. But the officers are foolish; they don't know that they should torture in a way that doesn't turn the division into a bloody mess,” he stated.

The video shows Arayik Avagyan, who was tortured by the officers, at the Shengavit division the night before.
